1. A climber shall pay the current Climbing Fee to the Treasurer each time they climb and have access to the club's gear (whether used or not).
2. Only a Full Member has voting rights.
3. Full membership is attained by attending 50% of all Club Meets in a single year, measured between AGMs.
4. When any associate member has contributed £100(retrospective) in fees or purchases for the club he becomes a full member.
The club is an equal-opportunities club, however, a limited number of meets per year can be designated as single-sex meets.
A gathering of 3 or more club members where the Climbing Fee is levied in accordance with Rule 1 and climbing outside takes place. An invitation to the Meet has to be published in advance (24 hours notice, best weather day etc) to all members so everyone has the opportunity to partake. A Monday meet will be deemed official if it appears that Monday will be the best weather day, even if no notice is given.
The current fee is £1 per outing.
